Enhancements

• Tee Times – The My Rounds/Post Scores tab in Tee Times will only display “My Rounds” for members when score posting is disabled. 

• Dining – Increased the size of the columns for the print version of the Dining admin dashboard. 

• Spa – Added a hover tool to show the start and end time of appointments from the schedule view. 

• Spa – Added several columns to the Reservation List Report, including appointment end time, Specialist lock status, Member Notes, and Admin notes. 

• Spa – Added charge details to appointment change logs for customers using CMA.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the Print version of the tee sheet not filtering by course. 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in User Login Statistics including duplicate login counts on the first screen.  

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the print to pdf version of the dining admin dashboard titled Tee Times instead of Dining.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in prep times not being respected for Dining Special Events. 

• Fixed an issue that resulted in apostrophes being replaced with special characters in Formbase exports. 

Spa/Professional Services

• Fixed an issue that resulted in members being unable to edit appointments when it was locked to a specialist.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the Reservation List report displaying the previous member’s data if not data existed in that time range for the current member.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in the prep/cleanup overlapping time warning not clearing when a time with no overlap was selected.

• Fixed an issue that resulted in guests being displayed as “undefined” in the appointment confirmation window after booking from the schedule.
