Enhancements

• Dining Reservations - Removed the comma between Timerangename and Dining Location on the Dining Reservations/Calendar Integration so that if only the Timerangename is used, an extra comma doesn’t appear​.

• Spa - Admins can edit the item or price for services that have previously been booked.
