  • Spa – Specialist schedule defaults to the weekly view when accessed from the Specialist dashboard.

  • Spa – Admin can close the admin bar from within the Spa/Professional services system.

  • Club Intelligence – Adjusted the Utilization by Resource report on the Activities Dashboard to display a simpler gauge report on the main level of the dashboard. Clicking or tapping on the gauge will open a sub-dashboard containing the full breakout by resource.

  • Club Intelligence – Completely revamped the Controller Dashboard based on feedback from controllers – reports are now more focused, and better match the figures that controllers are used to working with.

  • Club Intelligence – Added a filter to the F&B Dashboard to include/exclude non-posted POS transactions (previously, only posted transactions were included with no way to adjust the filter).

  • Club Intelligence – On the F&B Dashboard, broke out Covers to its own indicator report (previously covers was the secondary value in the Total Revenue report) and added a fully new sub-dashboard to drill down into additional reporting on cover counts.

  • Club Intelligence – On the F&B Dashboard, replaced the Variance to Budget report with two reports – one that displays a total aggregated total of income compared to an aggregated total of budget values, for all filtered ledger accounts, and another pivot chart that displays a breakdown of these values per account.

  • Club Intelligence – On the F&B Dashboard, adjusted the Revenue/Covers by Day report to display as a graph instead of a pivot chart, and brought it to the main-level F&B dashboard (previously this report was in the revenue sub-dashboard).

  • Club Intelligence – On the F&B Dashboard, added ‘discounts’ as a secondary value to the Total Revenue indicator. Additionally, added some breakout reports relating to discounts to the sub-dashboard accessed by clicking or tapping on the Total Revenue report.

  • Club Intelligence – Added descriptions to most widgets to help explain what the report is displaying, how the numbers were calculated, and tips for interacting with the reports.

  • Club Intelligence – Condensed some date filters together, to help simplify the workflow for most reporting situations.

Bug Fixes

Website

  • Fixed an issue with the party size not auto-updating when booking multiple tees on the website.

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in a time slot appearing on the tee sheet after the start was removed.

Spa/Professional Services

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in a permanent overlapping appt error if the initial specialist on the list was unavailable.

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in Resource order not saving correctly after the order was changed.

Club Intelligence

  • Fixed an issue where cover counts attached to POS tickets with $0 charges were not included in the total Covers calculations.

  • Fixed an issue where some reservations systems that were no longer active were appearing in the utilization reports, bringing the aggregate utilization figure for the whole club down considerably.

  • Fixed an issue where res systems built on different modules (e.g. Courts and Dining) could share the same back-end identifier, causing resources to show up in reports that they shouldn’t have been.

  • Fixed an issue with how ledger transactions were aggregated to better account for reporting types.

  • Fixed an issue where POS transactions that were not tied to a meal period were not appearing in CI. These now show up with a meal period of ‘undefined.’

  • Fixed an issue where in some rare cases, a memberid and employeeid matched, causing both contacts to appear in reports wherever either one normally would.

  • Updated verbiage in reservations reporting to show “Spa & Professional Services” as a reservation type, instead of the previous value “Provider.’

  • F&B Dashboard: Adjusted the Variance to Budget reports to group on ledger account, it previously grouped by ledger department which caused some data to show incorrectly in certain situations.

  • Adjusted reservations reports so that all top-level reports display the number of registrants, not reservations. Previously, some reports displayed registrants while others displayed reservations, causing some confusion.
