Office - FAQs - POS Screen Appears Frozen

Overview
Sometime the POS will freeze and will not allow you to exit. Please follow these steps to exit the POS and re-launch.
Required Permissions

Frozen - Classic POS
When you are working in the Classic POS and your screen appears frozen;
If the Classic POS has Application Switching enabled:
Press Ctrl + Shift + EscĀ and end the task. or
If the Classic POS does not have Application Switching enabled:
Try Alt+ F4 to unlock your screen.
Frozen - Mobile POS
Close the browser completely and re-launch if accessing from a web browser. If accessing from a Tablet, follow the instructions for your device on how to force close an App.
