Enhancements
Mobile POS
Check-In
Check-In functionality has been added to Mobile POS.
Use Case: Users will now see a “Check-In” tab (when signed in to areas configured for Check-In) from which they can check in Members/Guests, either manually by lookup or by scan/card swipe.
Kiosk Check-In functionality has been added to Mobile POS.
Use Case: Kiosk Check-In functionality has been added to Mobile POS. Members/Guests can check in to an area by either typing in their Member number or by scan/card swipe.
Items
Item Lookup by Camera Scanning has been added to Mobile POS.
Use Case: Item Lookup by Camera Scanning functionality has been added to Mobile POS. Users running Mobile POS on an Android device or on an iPad within Safari can now use the device’s built-in camera to scan barcodes to add items to a ticket.
Prompt for Quantity on Delete support has been added to Mobile POS.
Use Case: Prompt for Quantity on Delete support has been added to Mobile POS. When deleting an item with multiple quantities, Users will now be asked how many of that item they wish to delete.
Item/Modifier Screengroup View has been updated in Mobile POS.
Use Case: In Mobile POS, items set as “Do Not Display at POS” will continue to not display on the main screengroup or within a category, but if that item is set up as a modifier, it will show up within that modifier’s modifier group.
Reservations
Tee Times & Dining Admin Dashboards
Mobile POS now supports Tee Times Admin Dashboard and Dining Admin Dashboard functionality.
Use Case: In Mobile POS, when viewing the Tee Times tab or the Dining tab, users can now click a button to view the Tee Time Admin Dashboard or Dining Admin Dashboard, where users can make changes to Tee Time or Dining reservations, book new reservations, etc.
Printing Tickets
Mobile POS now supports Fire Ticket messages.
Use Case: In Mobile POS, when printing a Fire Ticket in an Area set to Reprint Items in Mobile POS, the fire ticket will also display any messages added to any of the items being fired.
Bug Fixes/Other Features
When running the Print Member Statements Wizard in CMA, if “Memo Billing” is selected, the system will never generate statement details on the member statements.
Fixed an issue in Mobile POS where blank lines set up on a ticket template were not displaying on the printed chit.
Fixed an issue in Mobile POS where users were able to click the Back button on the Settle page after clicking the Print button and settling the ticket.
Fixed an issue in Mobile POS where items marked as “Auto Increment Cover” was not properly incrementing the cover count when added to a ticket.
Fixed an issue in Mobile POS where chits were factoring in the discount amount to an item’s subtotal when the discount amount was also being displayed, causing the ticket’s subtotal to not match the sum of all item subtotals.
Fixed an issue in Mobile POS where the Kiosk Mode sign-in was not working for last names containing an apostrophe (‘).
Fixed an issue where the Credit Book Transactions report was not properly displaying instances where the credit book was expired and was not properly summing up all of those expired amounts.
Fixed an issue in CMA where some of the Income Statement Consolidated reports were not repeating the column header names across multiple pages.
Fixed a timeout issue in CMA when attempting to unpost a large Member Charge Batch.
