Mobile POS

Salaried employees can now have tickets transferred to them

• Salaried employees who sign into MPOS can now have tickets transferred to them

   

Pressing Cancel from member pref/favorites returns you to their profile

• When accessing a members pref/favorites from within a ticket, if a user clicks the back button they will be returned to the members profile page, not the item entry page

Members who are marked to not allow member charges can now “member charge” $0 check-in tickets

• Members who are a part of a status definition with “Do not allow member charge privileges” will now be able to member charge $0 check-in tickets.

Removed the ability for members to add messages to kiosk mode check-ins

• We have removed the ability for members to add messages to their kiosk mode check-ins as the nature of a self service check-in means that no one is able to view those messages that are added and can lead to some confusion. 

CMA

Member Credit Book will no longer create an empty batch if you cancel creation

• If a staff member is using the credit book wizard and cancels the creation of a Members Credit Book the system will no longer create an empty batch

• Item categories have a new checkmark setting for “Do not display items on grid”. When checked, items that are included in the category will not show on the item grid until a user clicks on the “active” button which will bring up the hidden items highlighted in yellow.

Sales Tax Detail Report “Group By” option

• The Sales Tax Detail report now gives users the ability to “group by”: Area, Item Group, Item Category, and Tax Code Item.

Ocean First Bank AP Positive Pay Export

• Clubs now have the ability to select “Oceans First Bank” from the “Export Positive Pay” dropdown in Payment Batches and have the export formatted to the specified requirements

Tax Form Box Overrides now exist on quick checks

• The tax form override feature that existed when entering vendor invoices now also exists on quick checks.

Inventory Transfer Wizard Adjustments

• So long as there are no unfinished transfers the system will automatically bring you to the date selector page as the landing page. 

• The columns that appear on the “quick add” column page will by default now only show ID, Batch Control, and Transaction date. 

Ability to sort Room Guest List by headers

• The Room guest List report now has the ability to sort by each of the column headers. 

Bug Fixes

• Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where members who have “always email a receipt” turned on were being sent 2 receipts if their purchase was settled using quick member charge and the staff member confirmed the email address that pops up.

• Mobile POS - Fixed an issue with all of our reservation systems where named guests on a reservation were showing as “guest member” instead of their proper name when on the “who is paying/who is being paid for” window. This bug changed a named guests name to “guest member” each time the window was closed/cancelled and reopened. 

• Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where the “X” button was not closing the lefthand flyout when pressed 

• Classic POS - fixed an issue where users were unable to print pay receipts when closing out guest room folios through CPOS order entry screen in CMA.

• CMA - Fixed an issue where quick checks would sometimes double or triple the debit to an ap account when creating multiple vendor invoices for the same vendor

• CMA - Fixed an issue wherePrimary Members were not having their Spouses added to the “spouse” field when the spouses had their accounts created and linked properly.

• CMA - Fixed an issue with the Month End Report not properly filtering out deleted rooms from the Occupancy % column
