Enhancements
Mobile POS
Including Alt Name with Member name in Member lookup
When using the member lookup in Mobile POS it will now include the Alt name as a part of the Member name. Clubs can update the ALT name within the member’s Office profile under Membership.
Ability to Remove items added to a kiosk check-in ticket
Members will now have the ability to remove items they have added to a ticket when doing a self check-in at a kiosk station This will not allow members to remove items auto generated through the check in process, including check in items and reservation fee defaults.
Displaying the number of new orders on the Mobile Orders tab
The system will now display the number of new incoming orders on the mobile orders tab so long as the orders come in while the device is turned on and has a user signed into it. Any order that comes in while the device is asleep or not signed in to will not update the mobile order count
Addition of an unlock button to the “All Open Tickets” grid
The all open tickets grid in Mobile POS now includes an unlock button when selecting 1 or multiple tickets
Displaying start letter when there are no reservations at a given time
Mobile POS Tee Times will now display the start letter if there are no reservations for a given time
Gift Receipt Copy
Clubs now have the ability to print a 2nd gift receipt copy at settle
Ability to favorite an item that does not have any modifiers
Servers now have the ability to favorite items that do not have modifiers for their members
CMA
OrchestrateHr Timekeeping export
Clubs now have the ability to select OrchestrateHR from the employee -> timekeeping export grid and have the timekeeping information formatted and exported to fit OrchestrateHr’s formatting needs
MICR Number Mask
There is now a new Member Number Mask field within the system settings -> membership which helps to dictate the formatting of MICR numbers on statements and comes with a help message which explains how it works.

The item sales report has been updated to factor in time periods and mobile pos ticket data the same way the daily sales report does.
Addition of an “Expand All” button on the “outstanding vouchers”report
The “outstanding vouchers” report now has an “Expand all” button
Mobile POS data is now included in the timekeeping export
Clubs using Mobile POS for timekeeping will now have their data properly show on the timekeeping export within CMA
Mobile POS timekeeping is now visible within the manage timekeeping button in CMA
Clubs that use Mobile POS for timekeeping will now have the ability to view MPOS timekeeping within the manage timekeeping node in CMA.
Invoices will remain in the same order within the Vendor Invoice Wizard
When clubs use the vendor invoice wizard, but do not complete it in 1 go, and later return to that invoice all of the sub invoices will now remain in the same order instead of shifting around randomly
Bug Fixes
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where recharging a gift card multiple times would not always result in the correct amount being on the card
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where ipads set up for kiosk mode check-in had the keyboard appearing over the top of the text box that a member inputs their member number into
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where some devices/terminals set up for kiosk mode were unable to be accessed and would error out
CMA - Fixed an issue where guest rooms checkout and folio buttons were unable to be used and were erroring out if there was a $0 reservation total
CMA - Fixed an issue where the Income Statement Report was changing the order of accounts based on the “Hide Zero Balance Accounts” setting and the order of the accounts became alphabetized instead of staying in the same order
CMA - Fixed an issue where the net profit and loss column on the Income Statement Consolidated Rolling report was showing decimals incorrectly
CMA - Fixed an issue where a members billing schedule amount was not properly updating if you updated the price of a combo that is used in the billing schedule
CMA -Fixed an issue within the members grid on POS messages where they were incorrectly padded with spaces and this was disallowing member numbers from being searched for properly.
