Enhancements

Mobile POS

  • Barcode Scanning - Barcode scanning in Mobile POS was updated to be consistent with Classic POS barcode scanning. Previously, Previously, Mobile POS only searched for a matching SKU Number in CMA, but now it will search for a matching Item ID, SKU Number or UPC Code.

 

  • Ask for Price Items - Mobile POS will now allow items configured to “Ask for Price” to be added to a ticket when the price entered for the item is $0.00. 

 

  • Always Email Receipt - An “Always Email Receipt” option has been added to the Member Detail view in Mobile POS. For members that want to go paperless and always have their receipt emailed, users can set the Always Email Receipt to “on” for the member so that any time a ticket is settled for the member, the user will be prompted to confirm the member’s email address. This will happen even when the Email Receipt toggle within the Ticket Options area is not turned on.

 

  • Unsuccessful CC Settlements - Unsuccessful credit card attempts will now show as (Failed) instead of (Deleted) on Ticket Audit Reports so that users can differentiate between a settlement that was actually Deleted vs. a Failed attempt to run a card.

 

  • Mobile Ordering Event Default Automated Future Order Printing - Future Ordering Menus can now be configured to automatically print with a Minutes Before Pickup to Send Setting. Users will now see two options when a menu is configured to be Is Future Order Menu: 1) Minutes Before Pickup to Send and 2) Future Order Hours to Prep.

 

CMA

  • Weekend Batching for CE Payments CR’s - When utilizing the Use End of Day Cutoff for CE Payments CR Batches setting, CMA will now batch Cash Receipts on Saturdays & Sundays.

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where discounts where incorrectly applied to Item returns/negative quantity sales.

  • Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where a ticket with a failed CE Payments transfer couldn’t be deleted, causing it to be “stuck” in pending gratuity.

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where the Deletes/Comps/Discounts/Voids report would intermittently timeout.

  • CMA - Fixed an issue where the Open Tickets Interactive report did not include Mobile Ordering tickets.
