Ability to Merge Tickets

• We have added a new option to the long press on a bump box for “Merge Tickets.” When this button is pressed, if there are multiple tickets in the KDS system for a single table, each subsequent ticket after the first one in the system will merge into the first ticket making room for more tickets to display. 

Tab Notes for Guest Tickets

• Tab notes (ticket name change) added to guest tickets now display in the header of KDS with a note (guest) attached to them. 

Bug Fixes

• KDS - Fixed an issue where, when a quick ticket would come in and the default ticket ID is set to "table number", clicking the header did not display the ticket number. 

• CMA – Fixed an issue where the variance column on the Income Statement Consolidated report was reporting an incorrect value. 

• CMA – Fixed an issue where a guest rooms registration card would sometimes display deleted reservations information. 

• CMA – Fixed an issue where manage timekeeping was displaying the device instead of the terminal as the “Clock-out Terminal.”
