Mobile POS

CE Payments Card on File - Support for Cardholder Name in Card on File Grid
- The Card on File grid that populates for card selection will now include cardholder name and account alias from PayCloud to help more easily identify cards.

Activities - Return to Most Recently Viewed Activity
- When a user navigates away from and back to the Activities tab in Mobile POS, the system will return the user to the most recently viewed activity.

Area Layouts - Allow Table Names to Wrap
- When viewing the area layout in Mobile POS, the system will now wrap table names that are too long to fit on one line.

Member Profile - Minor Indicator
- When viewing the profile of a Member under 21 years of age, the system will now display a large red Minor indicator.
- When the minor is listed within the “Other Members” section of another Member’s Profile, the minor indicator will show as a red letter M.

Removed Description Requirement
- Items can now be saved without description and synced to Mobile Ordering menus.

Manage Members - Deleted Photo Website Sync
- When a Member photo is deleted from the Member Profile in CMA, the delete will sync to the club’s website so that the photo is also removed from the Member’s web profile.

Member Charge Wizard - Default Group Member Charges to a Quantity of 1
- When Member Charging Groups in the CMA Member Charge Wizard, the quantity field will automatically default to 1 instead of 0.

Interactive Reports - Hide Zero Balance Accounts
- The Hide Zero Balance Account option on the Income Statement Report has been modified to respect the columns selected to be included in the report.
- Including the YTD Last Year column (top report) brings back 8 accounts since all 8 accounts have a value other than 0 in YTD Last Year.
- Excluding the YTD Last Year column (bottom report) brings back 1 account since only 1 account has data greater than 0 in the other columns included on the report.

Pop-Up Warning for Machines w/ Outdated .NET Framework
- A pop up warning has been added to both Classic POS and CMA to automatically detect and let users know if they need to update their .NET Framework. ALL OUTDATED MACHINES MUST BE UPDATED BY 7/1 TO CONTINUE USING CLASSIC POS AND CMA.

Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where users were unable to delete modifiers from items that previously had modifiers attached to them.
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where some Primary Members were incorrectly being shown as Minor members in Member Profile.
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where different items of the same price were incorrectly being grouped together on a ticket.
Mobile POS - Fixed an issue where a user could not reset their Activate User password when the email address had been changed.
CMA - Fixed an issue where the Balance Sheet Report was not always returning correct activity.
CMA - Fixed an issue where some custom field columns within the Manage Vendors & Manage Members grids were not being refreshed properly when users manually refreshed the grid.
CMA - Fixed an issue where users may need to close out/refresh software before being able to post batches created by the Memorized Entry module.
CMA - Fixed an error with the marketing module where using the Custom Fields Snippet could result in incorrect custom field values being added to the email.
CMA - Fixed an issue where POS tickets that had only gratuity on them displayed incorrectly in the SJ batch preview.
CMA - Fixed an issue with the Guest Rooms module where navigating away from and back into a schedule block could result in incorrect dates being displayed.
