Best Practices

  • It is recommended to have at a minimum (3) Categories set up in the system covering Food & Beverage, Retail, and Other (however, this may vary based on Club operations).

FAQs

Q. What is the primary difference between an Area Group and an Area Category?

A. Area Groups define how transactions are categorized for batch processing as it relates to the POS, and Credit Book.  Area Categories, however, facilitate overall reporting functions, and are required to be associated with an Area upon setup.
