Overview

  • In this guide we will cover the Projected Member Billing Annual, Projected Member Billing Monthly, Remote Relay Access Log, Rental Items, and Scheduled Member Change Reports. You will learn how to run each report and will see an example of the data that each report will produce.

Accessing the Tool

Interactive Reports gives you the ability to filter, sort, and group the data using criteria. The available criteria are specific to the information the report contains. The report functions give you the ability to customize date settings, save criteria settings, delete saved reports, and schedule an email delivery. In this section you will learn how to use the criteria and report functionality.

  1. Click on the Interactive Reports Icon from the left menu bar. 

  2. On the Report Overview page, there is a list of reporting categories to choose from, or the User can search for a topic in the top search bar. It is best to keep the topic as broad as possible. If the club wants to see POS sales search for sale.

Projected Member Billing Annual

Details all billing schedules for all periods in a year based on a start month and start year with the ability to filter by billing schedule, member type, and company (if more than one). Can search for a specific member. Can select a frequency. Group by billing schedule or member. Option to include Memo Billing and/or Installment Billing. 

To run Projected Member Billing Annual, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Start Year.

  2. Choose the Billing Schedules.

  3. Choose the Member if only running for one.

  4. Select the Companies.

  5. Set how to Group By.

  6. Set the Start Month.

  7. Choose the Frequencies to report.

  8. Choose the Member Types.

  9. Set the Detail Level.

  10. Select View Report.

In this example we chose to run the report with a start month and year of September 2023 with a detail level of Billing Schedule. We see the Billing Schedule, Dollars per month for the coming 12 periods, and the Annual Dollars projected.

Projected Member Billing Monthly

Details all Billing for members in a chosen year and month. Can filter by Billing Schedule, Company (if the club has more than one), Member status, and Member Type. Can select a frequency. Option to Include Installment Billing.

To run Projected Member Billing Monthly, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Month Ending.

  2. Choose the Billing Schedule.

  3. Choose the Companies.

  4. Set the Detail Level.

  5. Choose the Year.

  6. Select the Frequencies.

  7. Choose the Member Status.

  8. Choose the Member Types.

  9. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report ending in September 2023 with a detail level of Member Type. We see the Member Type, Billing Count, and Total projected for the Month.

Remote Relay Access Log

Provides a list of all access points via Remote Relay in a given date range with the ability to select the entry result of allowed, denied or all. Option to show swipe string. 

To run Remote Relay Access Log, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Date Range.

  2. Choose the Remote Relays.

  3. Choose the Results.

  4. Select View Report.

Rental Items

Details all rental items connected to members with the ability to filter by Rental Type and Rental Type Category. Choose a Vacancy option. Group by Member or Rental Item.

To run Rental Items, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Select the Rental Type.

  2. Choose the Vacancy to report.

  3. Set the Detail Level.

  4. Choose the Rental Type Category.

  5. Set the Group By.

  6. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report to show Occupied and Vacant items with a detail level of Rental Items. We see the Rental Item, the Member, and the Rate.

Scheduled Member Changes

Details all scheduled member changes within a date range. Option to include and Filter by From and To Member status. Option to include and filter by From and To Member Type. And option to filter by From and To Player Type. 

To run Scheduled Member Changes, select the report from the Membership Dropdown,

  1. Set the Date Range.

  2. Set the From-to for Member Status.

  3. Set the From-To for Member Type.

  4. Set the From-to for Player Type.

  5. Select View Report.

In this example we ran the report to show all future changes for the upcoming month. We see the Date of the Change, the Member Number, Member Name, Change Type, From and To.
