Overview

  • Device Groups allow for you to group multiple POS devices into one group to be used for Print Routing.  After setting up a device group, you can use this group as From option when creating Print Routing Rules.  

Required Permissions

  • POS Terminal

  • ADD/EDIT/Delete Device Groups


Accessing the Tool

Log into your Mobile Point of Sale using your Pin. 

  1. Select the Flyout Menu.

  1. Select the Mobile POS Config Option

  1. Choose Devices & Printers

  1. Select the Device Group tab.

Creating Device Groups

  1. Select the Add button to create a new Device Group. 

  2. One the right side of the screen you will have the option to Name this Device Group and check the applicable Devices that are to be included.

Adding Device Group to Print Routing

  1. In the From box when adding a Print Routing rule, choose the Device Group option.

Best Practices

  • Device Groups are no longer used when a club converts to Config Site.
