Overview
Allows notification messages to be customized to meet your club’s needs. Can create ones for Confirmation and pickup.Â
Required Permissions

Accessing the Tool
To create a new Mobile Ordering Message, access your Mobile Point of Sale, login with your Pin, then:Â
Choose Flyout Menu.
Select the Mobile POS Config option. Â
Choose Mobile Ordering.Â
Select Notification Templates.
Once on the landing page for Notification Templates:
Select the Notification Templates Tab.Â
Select the New icon to start creating your Notification Templates.
Download List.
Print List.
Refresh List.
Select the New Icon to start building your Notification Template:
Name - Name the notification here.
Text Template- Type the body of the text you wish the notification to contain. You can apply snippets so that the message can be customized for individual members. Â
Snippets include: Member Name, Area Name, Menu Name, Order Total, Ready Time Order location. Example text template: Your order from the {Menu Name} menu for {Order Total} is confirmed. You can pick up your order at {Ready Time}.
Email From Address - Email address that the notification will be sent from.
Email Subject Template - What all subject lines for the notification will contain.Â
Email Body Template - Same as the Text Template.
Ticket Template - Select the Ticket template you wish to have attached to the notification.
Save.
Edit/Duplicate/DeleteÂ
To Edit/Duplicate/Delete an existing Notification Template:
Check the box next to the Template you wish to modify.
Edit an existing Template.
Duplicate Existing Template (will need to change name of new Template).
Delete Template (Will be asked to confirm deletion).Â
