Overview

  • The Areas tab allows the club to update Ticket Templates, Area Layouts, and Screengroups for the Area within the Config Site. Any of these items that are created in the Config Site can now be updated to the appropriate Area.

Required Permissions


Accessing the Tool

Launch into your Mobile Point of Sale, enter your Pin.  

  1. Select the Flyout Menu. 

  2. Choose Mobile POS Config.   

  3. Choose the Area option.  

  4. Select the word Area at the top of the screen.

Area Landing Page

You can:

  1. Download Area list.

  2. Print Area List.

  3. Refresh Area List.

Editing Areas

To Edit an Area:

  1. Check the Area you wish to edit.

  2. Select the Edit option

Options within Area edit:

  1. Send Ticket - Choose the Send Ticket for this area.

  2. Pay Ticket - Choose the Pay Ticket for this area.

  3. Settle Ticket - Choose the Pay Ticket for this area.

  4. Guest Pay Ticket - Choose the Pay Ticket for this area.

  5. Guest Settle Ticket - Choose the Guest Settle ticket for this area.

  6. Gift Ticket - Choose the Gift Ticket for this area.

  7. Statement Ticket - Choose the Statement Ticket for this area.

  8. Ticket Audit - Choose the Ticket Audit for this Area (usually only one).

  9. Timesheet - Choose the Timesheet template for this area (usually only one).

  10. End of Shift - Choose the End of Shift template for this area (usually only one).

  11. Screengroup - Choose the Screengroup template for this area (usually only one)

  12. Table Layout - Choose the Table Layout for this area.

  13. Save - Save to lock in your changes.


Best Practices

  • The current options will be updated as time goes on. Please check back for more updates.

FAQs

  • Q: Can I create new Areas in the Config Sites?

  • A: No. Areas will still need to be created in CMA and synced to the Config Site.
