Overview

Used by members to:

  • review various spa services

  • review various providers of each service

  • see upcoming and past appointment details

  • book spa appointments

Required Permissions

  • Club Members with a member type that has been granted spa booking capabilities.


Accessing the Spa Dashboard

  1. The Spa Dashboard location may vary depending on your club’s website design, but is typically housed as a link in the dropdown navigation under your club’s Wellness or Spa section.

Navigation

  1. Once in your club’s Spa Dashboard, the Back to Homepage button can be used to return to your club’s website.

  2. From anywhere within the Spa system, the Back to Dashboard button can be used to return to the Spa Dashboard.

Information Section

Use the Information section to review the list of services your spa offers and to learn more about the providers of those services.

  • Service Brochure - The service brochure for your club’s spa.

  • Providers - Information about the various providers at your club’s spa.

Appointments Section

Use the Appointments section to review your upcoming and previous appointments.

  • Upcoming Appointments - A list of all your upcoming appointments in chronological order. Clicking on the Details button next to any appointment will display the appointment details; the service to be provided, the date, time, duration, provider, etc.

  • Past Appointments - A list of all your previous spa appointments in reverse chronological order. Clicking on the Details button next to any appointment will display the appointment details; the service provided, the date, time, duration, provider, etc.

Booking Search Section

Use the Booking Search section to book spa appointments for yourself or a family member (depending on how your club has configured their booking rules). Click here for how to use the Booking Search.


Best Practices

  1. Use Past Appointments to refresh yourself on the various services you have received in the past and the provider of each service.

FAQs

  1. Your club has the ability to custom name their Spa reservation system. You may see a different dashboard name other than “Spa” when viewing your club’s system. The dashboard name of “Spa” is being used for this training article.

  2. Your club has the ability to define a custom label used to to refer to professionals providing services at your club (i.e. Provider, Specialist, Trainer, Technician, Therapist, etc).  The label used for this training article is “Provider” but your system may appear differently depending on the label your club selects.
