Overview
The Add-on Items tab is used to setup add-on items for professional services. Add-ons function as mini-services that you can add-on to full-services in order to enhance the customer experience.

Accessing the Tool
The Add-on Services tab is used to setup add-on items for professional services. Add-ons function as mini-services that you can add-on to full-services in order to enhance the customer experience.
To add a new add-on:
Click the +ADD NEW ADD-ON SERVICE button.
Click into the New Add-On Name box and enter the add-on name.
Click the arrow icon to begin configuring the add-on in the right-hand window.
To edit an existing add-on:
Click add-on in the left-hand column.
The service information will open in the main window where changes can be made.
To assign an add-on to a Service:
Once an add-on is added to the Professional Services system, you will then need to add it as a Service Association in order to be able to select it when making a reservation. You can set up the Service Association under Admin Setup>Services.
To rearrange the order of add-on services:
Click Edit Order.
Drag and drop the add-on services to re-order.
Click Save.
Add-ons General Information
Add-On Service Name: The add-on name listed in the New Add-On Service box. This can be adjusted as necessary.
Description: Used to provide more details on what the add-on entails.
+ Add New Row: Adds a new row to the add-on service duration/item/price table setting the fields to their default settings of:
Duration: 0
Provider: Standard
Item: Blank
Price: $0
Override: Off
Action
Copy Icon: Adds a new row to the service duration/item/price table duplicating the row copied.
Delete Icon: Deletes the row from the service duration/item/price table.
Toggle on Override to be able to edit the price of the add-on service. This value will determine what amount is charged in mobile point of sale.
