Overview

  • The Mobile POS Config settings allow managers to customize how food items are routed to to the various kitchen stations.

Accessing the Tool

  1. To setup the KDS settings: 

  2. Login to your Mobile POS using your PIN. 

  3. Go to flyout menu icon in top left. 

  4. Select Mobile POS Config

  5. Select KDS

  6. There are four areas of customization within the KDS Settings: 

    1. Stations – allows the club to establish the stations (screens) that the items will display 

    2. Station Groups – used to route Item Categories or Items that have come over from CMA to the appropriate Station that they are to display. 

    3. Station Routing – used to route Item Categories or Items that have come over from CMA to the appropriate Station that they are to display to 

    4. Reporting – used to show Average Ticket times and to report on specific tickets
