Overview

This guide will demonstrate the steps taken to update and edit various Navigation Properties on the website.

Required Permissions

• Admins

Accessing the Tool

1. Navigate to the top right hand side of the website, click the Edit Navigation icon.

Navigation Properties

1. Rearrange: Drag and drop menu item(s) over the dashed line to place above or below or over a highlighted menu items to place inside.

2. View Change Log: Shows any navigation changes made to this page by both club Administrators and Clubessential Support.

3. Edit Menu Title: Edits the menu title in Page Properties.

   1. Name - The Menu Title name

   2. Hyperlink - The destination URL for linking to a document or outside URL.

Best Practices

1. Caution!!! Due to differences in page layouts (by design), moving pages from one level to another may create unintended inconsistencies, so ensure to use caution when re-arranging your site pages.  Also, be cognizant of pages with embedded navigations to ensure layout/formatting (after the move) is acceptable.

   1. No, you’ll need to reach out to Clubessential Support to get a new page added to your website.
