Overview

The Simply Ask feature of Club Intelligence incorporates AI into a search feature that allows you to ask the system questions about your club’s data. The system will run a query and produce the data that you have requested. The Simply Ask tool learns from your queries and can adapt to show you data that you want to see. The tool is always learning from your searches. The more you search, the more tuned in Simply Ask will become.  

Required Permissions

Accessing the Tool

1. Access the Club Intelligence Dashboard. 

2. Select the Simply Ask button located at the top of the screen. 

3. The Simply Ask pop-up will appear where you can ask the AI interface questions about your data and will produce a query containing that data.  

   1. The search will save previous search phrases for quick access. 

   2. In certain cases, you can adjust the style of the report.

The AI feature will learn from every interaction. If you look at the search bar, the question asked has key words highlighted in red and green. If we highlight over the green line, we get the option to forecast for the next 9 months or, to show December 2024 based on previous searches of this type.
