Overview

  • The Golf Pro Dashboard allows the pro to spend less time running reports and more time interacting with their players. This dashboard provides detailed information about reservations and tee-times and gives the pro a good idea of course utilization.

  • Each dashboard you access will be composed of various widgets. Some can be modified via filters but also will have options within the widget to drill down for more information and Data. For more information on filtering widgets, please refer to the guides:

Required Permissions

  • Club Intelligence Admin 

Accessing the Tool

  1. Go to Admin Bar. 

  2. Select Club Intelligence. 

  3. Select the F&B Dashboard. 

Tee-Times and Utilization

The first set of widgets include:

  1. Tee-Times – The Tee-Times widget will show the Golf Pro how many Tee-Times and the number of players that have played within the time of the filter.

  2. Weather – The Weather widget will show local weather conditions so that the Golf Pro can schedule or modify schedules accordingly. You can also set the Dashboard’s date range here. Doing so will apply a filter to the rest of the widgets using the date range that you chose.

  3. Average Utilization – Last 7 days – Shows the course utilization for the last 7 days in percentage with the average party size. If you click on the widget, you will see the top and bottom 5 Utilization Dates, Average Party Size, and a breakdown of the utilization in bar graph format:

    • Course Utilization Last 7 Days and current Year is on the left.

    • Party Size Last 7 Days and Current Year is on the right.

The graphs have a color marker on them. For Course Utilization the data will show red when below 75% and for Average Party size when below 1 the bars will turn grey.

Rounds of Golf Played

The next set of widgets available are:

  1. Tee-Times by Member Type – Shows a bar graph of the Member Types and the number of Tee-Times Registrants. Selecting a bar in the graph will show us the member and the number registrants in more detail.

  2. Tee-Times by Guest Type – This widget will show all Guest Types in a bar graph format. If you move the cursor over the data, you can click and then choose “Guest Name” under the Drill option. This will produce a list of the guests and their number of Tee-Times.

Reservations by Month and Day

After Tee Times we see the following widgets:

  1. Reservations by Day (Past 120 Days) - A line graph showing the number of reservations by day. Hovering over a data point will allow the user to see additional information about the number of reservations for that day. If you click on a week and hold in the mouse to highlight multiple weeks, you can drill down and see the line graph for that period.

  2. Reservations by Month (Past 13 Months) - A line graph showing the number of reservations by month. Hovering over a data point will allow the user to see additional information about the number of reservations for that Month.

Reservations by Day of the Week

The final widget on the Golf Pro Dashboard:

  1. Reservations by Day of Week for the Current Year - The data in this wizard is presented in a Pie Chart. Each day is represented as a piece of pie. Hovering on a day will allow you to break out the
