Overview

• The Golf Pro Dashboard allows the pro to spend less time running reports and more time interacting with their players. This dashboard provides detailed information about reservations and tee-times and gives the pro a good idea of course utilization.

• Each dashboard you access will be composed of various widgets. Some can be modified via filters but also will have options within the widget to drill down for more information and Data. For more information on filtering widgets, please refer to the guides:

Accessing the Tool

1. Go to Admin Bar. 

2. Select Club Intelligence. 

3. Select the F&B Dashboard. 

Tee-Times and Utilization

The first set of widgets include:

1. Tee-Times – The Tee-Times widget will show the Golf Pro how many Tee-Times and the number of players that have played within the time of the filter.

2. Weather – The Weather widget will show local weather conditions so that the Golf Pro can schedule or modify schedules accordingly.

3. Partially Utilized Tee Times - This widget considers what you full party size is and displays and is filtered to display any tee time that has at least 1 registrant but less than the full party size.

Utilization and Party Size Gauge with Monthly Revenue

1. Average Utilization – Last 7 days – Shows the course utilization for the last 7 days in percentage. If you click on the widget, you will see the top and bottom 5 Utilization Dates and a breakdown of the utilization in bar graph format: The graphs have a color marker on them. For Course Utilization the data will show red when below 75%.

2. Monthly Revenue Snapshot - A total dollar amount is displayed with an item count for items sold. Clicking on the widget will produce a popup containing metrics for:

   • Net Revenue by Day - Line graph showing net revenue by day.

   • Net Revenue by Time of Day - Bar graph showing revenue broken down by time of day.

   • Net Revenue by Area - Displays area related revenue in a bar graph format.

   • Item Revenue & Discounts - Chart listing the Items and their revenue with discounts.

   • Net Revenue by Item Category - Bar graph showing Item Categories and their Net Revenue.

   • Discounts by Area - Pie chart showing the discounts by Area.

   • Markdown Ration by Area - Bar graph showing Area specific markdowns.

   • Discounts by Item Category - Pie chart showing the discounted item’s percentage in Item Categories

   • Discounts by Meal Period - Chart showing the Meal Periods and the total discounts applied during that meal period.

   • Discounts by Day of Week - Chart showing the days of the week that discounts were applied.

3. Average Party Size - Shows the average party size in numerical formal with a gauge indicating max and minimum party sizes. Selecting this widget will show a breakdown of:

   • Party Size by Day of Week - Bar graph showing the days of the week with the average party size for each day.

   • Average Party Size Last 7 Days - Bar graph showing each day’s average party size over the last week.

   • Top and Bottom Average Party Sizes - Charts displaying the days of the month with the largest and smallest average party sizes.

Tee Time Utilization Breakdowns

The following set of widgets can be set by Member/Guest or Primary/Spouse/Dependent and will show data for number of players. There are line and bar graphs for

• Tee Times by Day (Month View).

• Tee Times by Month (Current Year).

• Tee Times By Member Type.

• Tee Times by Guest Type.

Reservations by Month and Day

After Tee Times we see the following widgets:

1. Reservations by Day (Past 120 Days) - A line graph showing the number of reservations by day. Hovering over a data point will allow the user to see additional information about the number of reservations for that day.

2. Reservations by Month (Past 13 Months) - A line graph showing the number of reservations by month. Hovering over a data point will allow the user to see additional information about the number of reservations for that Month.
