Required Permissions

  • Club Intelligence Admin

Accessing the Tool

  1. Go to Admin Bar.

  2. Select Club Intelligence.

  3. Select the Membership Dashboard.

Total Members and Member Changes

The first two widgets are:

  1. Total Members – The total number of members as of the last sync. Clicking on the widget will then give a breakdown of:

    • Average Age – Click on the legend to hide or show.

    • Average Tenure – Click on the legend to hide or show.

      • Hover over a data point to see that member type and its Average age or Tenure. Clicking on a data point will take you to a smaller graph showing that type’s average age compared to its average tenure with the member count of that type. Clicking either Age or Tenure in the legend will hide or show that data point.

  2. Member Adds/ Resignations this Month – Shows a list of the New or Resigned members at the club this month. Hovering over data points will then allow you to drill down into the type and number of the additions or removals from the club.

New Members and Member Age Demographics

The second set of widgets are:

  1. Age Demographics – Presented in a bar graph format, the number of members is on the Y axis and the age groups are on the X axis. Hovering over a data point will give that bar’s data.

  2. New Members Past 90 Days – A complete list of the new members over the past 90 days (about 3 months). The list reports: The Member ID, First Name, Last Name, Join Date, and Member Type.

Average Age

The next widget provides additional visual representation for New Members and their average age. We get 3 breakouts on this widget:

  1. Average Age of New Members – At-a-glance numerical representation of the average age of the new members.

  2. Average Age of All Members – At-a-glance numerical representation of the average age of all members.

  3. Bar Graph – This graph shows us the Average age of new members joining by year. This breaks down the years and the average age of joining memberships within that year. There is a sliding scale beneath the bar graph that can be adjusted to show a custom 20-year period and trend.

    • Clicking on a bar will then allow you to drill down into:

      • Calendar HierarchyCalendar hierarchy will allow you to see a breakdown of the quarters, months, or days.

      • Week Hierarchy – Shows a breakdown of weeks in that year and days of the week.

MAP Scores

The final set of widgets are analytics based upon and pull in from the MAP (Membership Analytics Predictor) scores:

  1. Top MAP Scores – A grid showing the top X number of member MAP scores. The chart shows the Member Number, First Name, Last Name, and MAP Score.

    • Expanding out the chart allows you to set how many of the top scores will show.

  2. Bottom MAP Scores - A grid showing the bottom X number of member MAP scores. The chart shows the Member Number, First Name, Last Name, and MAP Score.

    • Expanding out the chart allows you to set how many of the top scores will show.

  3. Top Spenders Past 30 Days – A list of the top spenders at the club over the Past 30 days.

Best Practices

  • If your club is not using MAP (Membership Analytics Predictor), the MAP Scores section will not populate for your dashboard.
