Overview

• The Membership Director Dashboard provides the director with detailed member analytics. The widgets within will give the director a good idea of the health of the club’s members and how engaged they are via the Membership Analytics Predictor tie in.

• Each dashboard you access will be composed of various widgets. Some can be modified via filters but also will have options within the widget to drill down for more information and Data. For more information on filtering widgets, please refer to the guides:

Accessing the Tool

1. Go to Admin Bar. 

2. Select Club Intelligence. 

3. Select the Membership Dashboard. 

Total Members and Member Changes

The first two widgets are:

1. Total Members – The total number of members as of the last sync. Clicking on a member type on the widget will then give a breakdown of:

   • Average Age.

   • Total Members in the Member Type.

   • Average Tenure.

     • Hover over a data point to see that member type and its Average age or Tenure. Clicking on a data point will take you to a smaller graph with the total count of members showing the average age and tenure for that member type.

2. Member Adds/ Resignations – Shows a count of the New or Resigned members at the club this month. Selecting this widget will popup a window containing stats for:

   • Membership Adds vs Resignations in a line graph and chart views.

   • Charts for Additions and Resignations.

   • A line graph and chart showing Membership adds vs Resignations for Previous Year.

   • A bar graph showing New Members By Month Year Over Year.

   • A bar graph showing Resignations by Month Year Over Year.

New Members and Member Age Demographics

The second set of widgets are:

1. Age Demographics - A bar graph showing the age and count of members in the age range. Each bar represents a 10 year age period.

2. Spend by Membership Type – Presented in a pie graph, you see the percentage of spending each Member Type accounts for. Selecting a Member Type and choosing Member Name will show a breakdown of the members and their spending totals.

Average Age

The next set of widgets provides additional visual representation for New Members and their average age. We get 3 breakouts on this widget:

1. Average Age of All Members – At-a-glance numerical representation of the average age of all members.

2. Average Age of New Members at Joining by Year – Presented in a bar graph format, the age of members is on the Y axis and the years are on the X axis. Hovering over a data point will give that bar’s data.

3. Average Age of New Members – At-a-glance numerical representation of the average age of the new members.

Club Utilization

The final widget is a chart containing information for member’s MAP scores and dollars spent at the club. The columns seen are:

• Membership Type.

• Membership Number.

• First Name.

• Last Name.

• MAP Score.

• Spend.

Best Practices

• If your club is not using MAP (Membership Analytics Predictor), the MAP Scores section will not populate for your dashboard.
