Banquets - Manage Distribution Lists

Overview

This guide is to show users how to create a customizable Email Distribution List for Banquets, which will allow the designation of groups of users for fast and easy email sending.

Required Permissions

  • Banquets Admin


Accessing the Tool

  1. Click on the Settings tab on the left hand side of the Banquets home screen.

  2. Click on the yellow bar with the heading Users.

  3. Click on Manage Distribution Lists.

Manage Distribution Lists

To add a new Distribution List,

  1. click on New. 

  2. Name and save your newly created Distribution List. 

To add users or contacts to your Distribution List,

  1. Click on the Add Users button next to your newly created Distribution List.

  2. A menu of contacts and users will appear.

  3. Select which ones will be added to the Distribution List by checking the box next to their names.

    1. The names can be filtered to find a desired individual.

  4. Once all desired users have been selected, click Add to add them to the created Distribution List.
