Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Form & Event payments were not being filtered out from the Paycloud > CMA settlement sync causing an issue with blank GJ/settlement batches being created in CMA.

• Fixed an issue with the React “Make a Payment” page where One-Time Blackout Dates were not being respected when set to the “Last Days of the Month”.
