Enhancements

 Enabled for Payment Sync

• Added a new setting under System -> club settings -> AR Accounts for “Enabled for Payment sync”. If this setting is checked, payment data will be split into specific accounts in the same manner as if a club has Enable MultiAR payments enabled

   

Disallowing members from deleting their last payment method

• Added a setting under System -> Club Settings -> Payments to “disallow deleting last payment account”. When checked the delete button for the last account on file will be grayed out and inform the user that they need to contact the club to have it removed

Setting to disallow a member from turning off autodraft

• Added a new setting under system -> club settings -> auto pay -> for “disallow deleting autodraft account” when this setting is checked the option for “no autodraft” is hidden so they can change autodraft accounts, but cannot delete an auotdraft account. 

Bug Fixes

• Paycloud - Fixed an issue with scheduled payments where they were being skipped due to the error “the process cannot access the file “....” because it is being used by another process”

• Paycloud - Made a change such that the current activity page will now account for UTC timezone offsets so that all activity appears on the proper day and not the day prior.
